供应链中信息共享的层级及其影响因素分析

根据信息共享的内容、目的和功能，将供应链的信息共事分为3个层级：作业信息层、管理信息层和战略信息层。信息共享的层级依据供应链的不同性质会有所不同，其主要的决定因素有：产品特性、制造方式、交易倾向、成员间的伙伴关系、成员的IT应用程度等。正是由于这些因素，使得供应链中的企业仅适合于某一信息共享层级。因此，供应链中的企业应依据上述因素，评估、选定符合自己的信息共享层级。

The Analysis of the Levels of Information Sharing in Supply Chain and Its Impact Factors

Information sharing is a key factor to supply chain management. According to the contents, targets and functions of information sharing, the paper divides information sharing into three levels, namely working information level, management information level and strategy information level. The levels of information sharing are different from the characteristics of supply chain. The main impact factors are characteristics of products, manufacture models, exchange forms, fellow relationship between members, and degrees of IT usefulness in the members. Just because of these factors, an enterprise in supply chain only fits a certain level of information sharing. Thus, enterprises in supply chain must evaluate those factors and choose a proper level of information sharing.
