| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑企业的实地调研，认识到建筑企业文化建设系统中存在不足。指出了建筑企业文化的内涵及作用；探索了建筑企业文化的形成机制、支持系统；分析了建筑企业文化的构成要素、结构；提出了建筑企业文化建设过程中需要避免的误区。

| Abstract: | The shortcomings have been revealed in the establishing of architecture company culture system through the practical investigation and research to architecture company.The connotation and function of architecture company culture,the formative mechanism and supporting system,the components and structure of architecture company culture are analyzed and explored.It is put forward that the misunderstanding should be avoided during the constructing course of architecture company culture. |
