摘    要:介绍了激光喷丸技术的工作原理;阐述了激光喷丸表面改性层微观组织的变化与残余压应力的形成机理和分布规律;分析了激光喷丸技术对提高金属抗应力腐蚀肝裂性能的效果和机理;与机械喷几进行比较,总结了激光喷丸技术提高金属抗应力腐蚀开裂性能的技术优势;并展望了激光喷丸技术在抗应力腐蚀方面的应用前景.

Abstract:The working principle of laser shot peening was introduced. The change of microstructure, the forming mechanism and distribution of compressive residual stress in the surface modification layer were described. The effect and mechanism of laser shot peening on resistance of stress corrosion cracking were analyzed in detail. On the base of comparing with shot peening, the superiorities of laser shot peening in improving metal resistance of stress corrosion cracking were summarized. Finally its potential application was also presented.
