摘    要:绩效考评是人力资源管理实践中最具实际意义的工具技术之一,是人力资源管理中的重要依据,是管理者提高管理效率及改进工作的重要手段,也是员工谋求发展的重要途径.从考评的目的、内容、过程和评价方法等方面对江汉油田绩效考评现状进行具体分析,可以为江汉油田绩效考评改进提出具体措施.

Abstract:Performance appraisal is one of the most valuable application technologies and important references in practical human resource management.It is a major means by which managers improve management efficiency and work and also a important channel through which employees strive for developing their careers.Making a concrete analysis on current situation of performance appraisal according to appraisal purpose,content,procedure and method and other aspects can provide concrete improvement measures.
