| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,企业劳资管理部门要真正贯彻落实"以人为本、依法治企"的方略,就必须树立维权的新理念,探索维权的新途径,丰富维权的新内容.在维护企业总体利益的同时,也要维护好广大职工群众的合法权益,实现人力资源的合理开发与利用,充分调动企业全体员工的积极性,为企业的物质生产和经营活动提供原动力.
