摘    要:对青海七个泉油田原油进行了微生物降解试验,通过研究原油降解率、培养液表面张力、样品粘度以及饱和烃、芳烃、非烃、沥青质各组分在原油中降解前后相对含量的变化,分析比较了不同原油在不同菌种与不同培养基配伍时的降解效果.结果表明,试验所用菌种对原油均具有较好降解作用.色谱分析表明,经微生物作用后,原油中族组分的相对含量发生较大...
