摘    要:为了实现板坯在连铸连轧之间的宽度衔接,大侧压定宽技术是对板坯进行在线调宽的有效措施之一。在对武钢2250热连轧机的SP调宽压力机工作模式分析的基础上,利用大型有限元软件Marc建立了SP调宽压力机三维调宽有限元分析模型,分别分析了SP调宽压力机在调宽过程中板坯在长度、宽度和厚度方向的变形以及应力变化情况,为板坯宽度的精确调整提供了参考依据。

Abstract:For the width joining between the continuous casting and continuous rolling,the sizing press technology is one of the effective method for the online width adjusting.On basis of analyzing the working mode for the sizing-press of the WISCO 2250 hot continuous rolling mill,the three dimensional finite element model was built through the finite element analyzing software.The slab deformation of length,width,and thickness direction and the stress change were analyzed separately during the width adjusting of the sizing press.It was a reference foundation for the slab width precision control.
