摘 要: | 研究了硅胶表面积碳经化学改性后在环氧乙烷水合制备乙二醇反应系统中的催化作用 ,探讨了硫酸处理时间、硫酸处理温度、反应温度、空速对环氧乙烷转化率和乙二醇选择性的影响。实验表明 ,硅胶表面积碳经化学改性后作为环氧乙烷水合制备乙二醇反应的催化剂 ,具有很好的催化活性

Study on Catalytic Action of Coke Deposited on Silica Gel |

Abstract: | The catalytic activity of coke on silica gel treated with sulfuric acid in the hydration of ethylene oxide (EO) to ethylene glycol (EG) was studied.The results show that the coke on silica gel treated with sulfuric acid is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing EG by hydration of EO.The sulfuric acid treatment temperature and time of the coke on silica gel directly affect the catalytic activity.Good results can be obtained by properly controlling the conditions of preparing the coke for treatment by sulfuric acid.The hydration of ethylene oxide (EO) to ethylene glycol (EG) using the chemically modified coke on silica gel as catalyst has the following merits: milder reaction conditions,lower ratio of ethylene oxide to water and less pollution.Hence the process is economically feasible and environment friendly. |
