| 摘 要： | 针对新疆克拉玛依油田浅层稠油粘度高的特点 ,研制成新型活动式双管热采井口装置。它有 4个创新点 :(1)开采通道增大 ,有利于采取增油措施和稠油、超稠油的采出 ,完全满足稠油直井、水平井、斜直井等的注汽、自喷、抽油、伴热、测试等生产工艺技术要求 ;(2 )副管油管挂设计为活动式 ,不动井口 ,只安装 2 4 4 4 7mm (9 英寸 )双管冲砂洗井自封封井器 ,即可边活动管柱 ,边冲砂、洗井 ;(3)两油管挂的连接方式不同 ,用 1个大钢圈密封双管主体和大四通 ,再用1个大钢圈密封主、副管与油套环空 ,减少了漏失点 ,密封更可靠 ;(4)副管活动式油管挂上部加装滑套 ,可防止在注蒸汽高温、高压下 ,油管及油管挂上窜 ,确保正常生产。

| Abstract: | This article introduces a new kind of adjustable two-string wellhead equipment for thermal recovery. The wellhead is made in order to study the production technique of deflecting/horizontal well in shallow high/superhigh viscosity oil reservoir. The article mainly introduces the structure, working principle, behavior and cases application of the well head equipment. The wellhead equipment meets the need of gas injection, flowing, pumping, head tracing and testing in thermal recovery wells.With the wellhead equipment, only by setting 244.5mm two-string self-actuating blowout preventer, the looped pipeline can be lifted or extended, and the sand washing and well flushing can be carried out while moving the pipe string without removing the wellhead. |
