钇基稀土处理钢对Al-C质耐材水口结瘤的工业实验研究

摘    要:针对某钢厂冶炼钇基稀土处理钢时采用Al-C质水口耐材导致的水口结瘤问题,用SEM和XRD对水口结瘤物成分进行了分析,在结瘤层及耐材与结瘤物交界处进行了扫描观察.结果表明,水口结瘤物的来源主要是钢液中稀土铝酸盐、硅酸盐等高熔点化合物的析出,和稀土钢液对耐材内衬的侵蚀,同时结合相图客观分析了Al-C质耐材在钇基稀土处理钢应用中的水口结瘤机理.

Industrial experiment research on yttrium based rare earth treated steel on Al-C refractory

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of nozzle blockage caused by Al-C refractory for smelting yttrium based rare earth treated steel in a steel plant, the composition of the nodule of the nozzle was analyzed with SEM and XRD, and the junction of the nodulation layer and the nodule and the nodule was scanned.The results show that the main source of the nodule is the precipitation of high melting point compounds such as rare earth aluminates and silicates in molten steel, and the erosion of the rare earth steel liquid to the lining of the steel.The nodulation mechanism of the Al-C material in the application of yttrium based rare earth treatment steel is objectively analyzed by the phase diagram.
