基于单片机的光感芯片光学性能测试系统

摘    要:光学性能是评估光感芯片的功能与质量的重要指标,光谱仪的测试是一般的方法。以单步单色仪进行光谱响应测试,需要人工调整波长间隔并机械点击鼠标,工作量较大且易出错。本文以单片机驱动芯片,VB建立数据接收系统,控制信号传输间隔,有效的提高测试效率。测试结果表明,该系统切实可行。

Abstract:Optical performance is an important index to evaluate the function and quality of Ambient Light Sensor IC,and the test of spectrometer is a general method.It is necessary to adjust the wavelength interval manually and click the mouse mechanically to test the spectral response with a single-step monochromator,it is necessary to adjust the wavelength interval manually and click the mouse mechanically,so the workload is large and error prone spectrum with a single-step monochromator.In this paper,MCU driver chip,VB system,control signal transmission interval,effectively improve the efficiency of testing.The operation results show that the system is feasible.
