DBD等离子体改性芳纶表面的动态工艺研究

摘    要:采用介质阻挡放电(DBD)空气等离子体,选择不同放电强度及处理时间对芳纶表面进行连续动态处理。通过扫描电镜以及光电子能谱仪对处理前后芳纶表面进行表征。结果表明,经DBD等离子体处理后的芳纶表面粗糙度有较大提高,浸润性显著提高,且纤维表面C元素质量分数下降超过5%,0元素质量分数约上升8%;芳纶表面的粗糙度、浸润性及含氧基团含量均随放电强度和处理时间的增加而提高。

Abstract:The dynamic surface modification of aramid fiber was performed with dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)air plasma at different discharge power and treatment time.The surface of aramid fiber was characterized before and after treatment by scan- ning electron microscopy and photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that after DBD plasma treatment the surface rough- ness of aramid fiber was increased remarkably,the wettability was improved greatly,the C element on the fiber surface was de- creased more than 5% by mass fraction,and the O element was increased more than 8%.The surface roughness,wettability and oxygen-containing group content of the aramid fiber were increased with the increase of discharge power and treatment time.
