高职院校的校园文化建设需要吸收借鉴企业文化

借鉴、吸收企业文化,实现企业文化与校园文化的互补与融合,是当前高职院校加强内涵建设的迫切任务。界定校园文化与企业文化的内涵,比较两者之异同,讨论企业文化融入校园文化的切入点,从培养学生良好的职业素养、服务地方经济建设、实现学生顺利就业、彰显高职院校办学特色等角度分析高职院校校园文化建设需要借鉴企业文化的必要性,提出深化高职院校校园文化建设内涵的新视角。

Construction of Vocational College Campus Culture by Borrowing Company Culture

Higher vocational schools are enhancing intrinsic quality construction, and the top priority for them is to mutually complement and integrate corporation culture and campus culture by borrowing and assimilating corporation culture. This paper defines campus culture and corporation culture respectively, makes contrast and comparison between them, and explores how to blend each other. The conclusion is that it is very essential for higher vocational schools to borrow corporation culture to cultivate students＇ professional ability, to serve local economic development, to assist students＇ employment, and to show their unique educational methods. Finally this paper puts forward a new idea as to intensify intrinsic quality construction of higher vocational schools.
