| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于PMAC运动控制卡的5轴控制开放式数控系统,设计了二维搅拌摩擦焊接设备的具体结构,研究了控制系统的硬件结构和软件结构,介绍了通讯软件的开发方法,设计了用户界面,实现了对5轴联动的二维搅拌摩擦焊设备的控制。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the five-axis control open CNC system based on PMAC motion control card,designed the two-dimensional FSW equipment's concrete structure,studied the hardware structure and software architecture of control system,introduced the communication software's method of exploitation,designed the user interface,and realized the control of five axis linkage two-dimensional FSW equipment. |
