基于遗传算法的大功率电机效率的在线测量

摘    要:针对目前测量电机效率需要先停机、进行负载分离以便进行空载试验、测试成本较高、对生产影响大的特点,提出了一种新的大功率电机效率测量方法,不需进行空载试验,能在不需停机的情况下进行效率的测量。该方法使用一种测量仪器在线测量输入电压、输入功率、功率因数和转速,使用遗传算法估算等效电路模型参数,求得电机效率。实际测试结果表明:该方法和转矩仪法结果很接近,从而证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Numerous methods exist for measuring the efficiency of motors,but many of them require shutdown,and need disconnection of the motors from loads for a no-load test,which have high cost and large effects on production.A new measurement method is proposed for in-situ large power motor efficiency without shutdown and no-load test.It uses a measuring instrument to measure input voltages,input power,power factor and rotating speed.An equivalent circuit model are calculated by using the genetic algorithm and the motor efficiency is got.Actual test results show that this method is approximate to torque-gauge method,so it confirms the validity of this method.
