大型过江隧道盾构始发冻结施工技术

摘    要:南京市纬三路过江通道盾构直径达14.93 m,盾构始发段地质条件复杂,地下水丰富,盾构始发风险巨大。为确保始发安全,盾构始发加固采取三轴水泥搅拌桩加垂直冻结相结合方法,有效防范了施工风险。详细介绍了该隧道盾构工程中始发端冻结施工技术。

Abstract:The diameter is 14.93 m in a shield project of river-crossing channel in Nanjing, where the geological conditions are complicated in launching section with abundant groundwater. To ensure the safety of the launching section, the combination of tri-axial cement mixing pile and vertical freezing were adopted. The paper introduced the freezing construction technique in launching section with the construction case.
