云南省某难选铜矿的选矿工艺研究

摘    要:云南某铜矿原矿含铜1.68%,铜的氧化率为19.64%,其中结合氧化铜占13.69%,是一种复杂难选的硫化铜混合矿.由于铜泡石在矿石中含量较高,难以活化,因而精矿回收率仅为80%左右.考虑技术经济因素,较为合理的分选流程是采用原矿磨矿细度70% -74 μm单一浮选流程,可获得铜精矿品位为32.23%、铜回收率为78.48%的选矿指标.

Abstract:Yunnan copper ore, ore containing copper grade of 1.68%, ore of copper oxidation rate is 19.64%, which combined copper oxide accounts for 13.69%, is a complex and refractory copper sulphide ore. As a result of TYROLITE in ore with higher levels, to activation, thus concentrate recovery rate was only about 80%. Consider the technical and economic factors, reasonable sorting process is the use of ore grinding fineness 70%-200 eye single flotation process, can obtain the copper concentrate grade is 32.23%, the recovery of copper for 78.48% of the mineral processing indexes.
