悬浮法制得PP-g-HEMA结晶性能的研究

摘    要:由悬浮法制得聚丙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HEMA),用示差扫描量热计(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、结晶速率仪、偏光显微镜对接枝物的结晶性能进行了定性、定量表征,比较了接枝前后聚合物结晶形态的变化。

Abstract:PP g HEMA was prepared utilizing the technique of suspension graft copolymerization. The crystal properties of the grafted copolymer were studied by DSC, WAXD, crystal growth speedometer and crossed polarizing microscope. The crystal morphology of grafted and pure PP was compared. The graft reaction take place mainly in the amorphous area of PP crystal. The melting temperature of grafted PP is almost the same as that of pure PP. The crystal degree of grafted PP decreases little. The crystal dimension of grafted PP decreases to some extent. It also showed that HEMA which was grafted to PP deterred the growth of PP crystal. The higher the graft degree, the more difficult the spherocrystal formed.
