基于灰色系统理论的20CrMnTi晶粒扭压变形均匀化的研究

摘    要:在温度、高径比、扭转角速度、挤压速度、摩擦因子为自变量的条件下,以正交实验为设计方案,模拟20CrMnTi扭压成形,获得成形工艺参数与等效应力、等效应变、等效应变速率等质量目标函数的数据。利用灰色系统理论,分别计算成形工艺参数对单目标的关联系数和多目标函数的关联度,将多目标转化为单目标优化问题。进一步计算各成形工艺参数的平均关联度,用优化的工艺参数进行有限元模拟验证,并经过物理实验,结果表明优化后20CrMnTi晶粒变形均匀程度明显提高。
