摘    要:通过成分设计得到Zr51Cu24.7Ni14.34Al9.96非品成分,可制备临界10 mm<Dmax<12 mm的非晶合金,其具有高的玻璃形成能力参数:Tg=728 K,Tx=790 K,T1=1174 K.玻璃形成能力判据Trg=0.707是迄今为止发现的Zr基非晶合金中最高值.从理论上证明了其具有高的玻璃形成能力...

Abstract:The results show that Zr51Cu24.70Ni14.34Al9.96 bulk metallic glass has high glass forming ability(GFA) with the glass transition temperature Tg = 728 K and the reduced glass transition temperature Trg(Tg /Tm) =(0.707).The critical diameter is nearly 12 mm.But the 12 mm sample was found to contain farthing crystalline phases,including a hexagonal crystalline phase Zr5Al4(a = 8.437 nm,c = 5.8 nm) and a cubic crystalline phase Cu9Al4(a = 8.702 nm).Accordingly,reducing the content of Al can further improve the ...
