| 摘 要： | 随着BIM 在建筑业中的应用，在设计阶段基于BIM 基础的深化设计将是下一步的发展方向。结合BIM 技术和深化设计的特点，分析了两者的应用需求，建立了基于BIM 的深化设计组织架构，在组织分工的基础上明确了项目各参与方的职责，并设计了基于BIM 的深化设计管理流程。对强化基于BIM 的深化设计管理，规范基于BIM 的深化设计工作流程，保证深化设计质量，具有重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | With the application of BIM in construction industry，detailed design based on BIM is a trend in design phase. According to the characteristics of BIM and detailed design，analyzing the application requirements of them，an organizational structure of detailed design based on BIM is established and roles of each party are defined clearly. Meanwhile，the detailed design process based on BIM is presented. This study may have the significant theoretical and practical meaning on strengthening detailed design management based on BIM，making the detailed design process canonical and guaranteeing the quality of the detailed design. |
