国内文化遗产价值的定量和定价评估方法研究综述

本文对文化遗产价值评估中的定量方法,包括因子分析法、模糊综合评判法、层次分析法;以及定价方法,包括旅行费用法、条件价值评估法、投入产出乘数法等进行综述。在评述某一方法时,先对这一方法的基本逻辑进行提炼,然后对其评价步骤作简单的介绍,最后结合已有的实证研究进行归纳。在此基础上提出文化遗产价值评估领域未来可以深入探讨和研究的方向。

A review of Quantitative and Pricing Evaluation Methods of Culture Heritage in China

This paper summarizes some of the frequently used quantitative evaluation methods, such as Factor Analysis, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, as wel as the pricing assessment methods, such as Travel Cost method, Contingent Valuation method and Input-Output multiplier model. We firstly abstract the basic logic of the methods, and then a brief introduction of those methods is provided, at last some existed empirical researches are used to form the conclusion. based on the analysis, some of the possible directions for future research are suggested.
