基于价值链的多项目施工成本控制

基于对多项目施工成本控制体系不够健全、效率低下等常见问题的分析，引入价值链成本控制的基本思想并进行深入研究，提出价值链的施工成本控制方法。从理论分析上看，该方法是十分有效且必要的。针对项目施工成本的价值链，分析得出项目施工成本的主要动因，并在此基础上建立多项目施工成本控制模型，从目标、空间、时间和质量四个维度进行项目施工成本控制，最后提出成本控制保证措施，以确保成本控制模型的实施。工程实践证明，基于价值链的多项目施工成本控制能大大降低成本，提升项目价值。

Cost Control of Multi-project Construction Based on Value Chain

The construction cost control system of multi-project is not perfect and efficient. Based on theory of value chain cost control，a method of value chain construction cost control is proposed. Main causation of project construction cost is obtained by study of value chain of project construction cost. Aimed at the causation，a multi-project construction cost control model is built. Four dimensions，which are goal，space，time and quality，are considered in the model. To assure the effectiveness of the cost control mode，some measures are suggested. Practices show that the cost control method proposed can greatly cut cost and promote project value.
