BIM 的国际发展态势——基于网站内容分析

为了解BIM 的国际发展态势，通过选取20 个不同国家或地区的BIM 网站，在对网站内容进行分类与筛选的基础上，利用词频分析法，从应用BIM 工程项目的参与方、BIM 相关技术与工具、适用BIM 的工程项目类型以及应用BIM 能带来的益处等方面对网站内容进行分析。分析结果表明，BIM 相关技术、工具与软件高速发展，功能愈发强大；BIM 的应用推进了新的工程项目管理模式的应用与发展；政府行为在BIM 的理论研究与工程实践中起到愈发重要的作用；BIM 在公共项目决策过程中逐步发挥重要作用。通过分析可为我国工程建设行业应用BIM 提供参考。

International Trends of BIM Based on Website Content Analysis

In order to understand the international trends of BIM，the method of website content analysis is employed. 20 BIM-related websites are selected. The contents of the websites are analyzed by word frequency analysis from project types，users， technology and tools，and benefits. Results show (1) BIM technology，tools and software are developing rapidly; (2) BIM application promotes development of new project management modes；(3) government is playing a more and more important role in BIM research and application；(4) BIM can be used in public project decision making. These results may be helpful in BIM application in China.
