| 摘 要： | 文章对建筑信息模型技术的概念、起源、发展及应用特点以及当前人们对建筑信息模型的一些认识误区也进行了相关的讨论。同时,文章对BIM的实施,包括BIM的标准化、本地化、BIM团队建设、BIM项目评估以及BIM的发展等问题进行了相关的探讨。
