| 摘 要： | BIM(建筑信息模型)技术在工程项目中尤其是机电总承包项目中的运用还不足10%,究其原因,要看BIM与传统方式相比有什么优点及不足,以及推广运用BIM过程中存在哪些障碍。本文以机电总承包项目为例,介绍其如何引入并应用BIM,以及如何让BIM在施工过程中真正意义上落地。

| Abstract: | BIM(Building Information Model)technology application in the project,especially in the project of electromechanical general contracting is not large than 10%.The reason is the excellence and shortage of BIM compare with the traditional mode,and handicaps existed during BIM extending.The project of electromechanical general contract as an example,introduce how to induct and use BIM and how to realize the signification of BIM in the construction. |
