深层水平位移监测技术的实践应用

在深基坑开挖过程中,深层水平位移监测技术借助CX-806D型测斜仪对基坑进行内部位移变化监测,通过对监测信息的分析,对评价基坑的安全,制定进一步的施工策略,实现信息化施工,避免事故的发生有着重要的意义。在基坑支护结构中护坡桩顶(冠梁)水平位移观测及护坡桩体深层水平位移观测都能够直接反映基坑支护结构变形特性,是支护结构安全状况的重要指标。济宁太白路万达广场工程的围护桩体或坑周土体的深层水平位移的监测采用在墙体或土体中预埋测斜管(PVC管)、通过测斜仪(CX-806D)观测各深度处水平位移的方法,监测精度可达到±0.01mm/500mm。利用测斜仪定期对管道的形变情况进行监测,然后通过纵向比较各期的监测数据,就能够得到桩体各深度在监测期间的形变情况,它在及时掌握工程的质量以及保证工程的安全性方面发挥着积极的作用。

Deep Horizontal Displacement Monitoring Technology Application

The inner displacement change inside pit was monitored by deep horizontal displacement monitoring technology and assisted by CX-806D type inclinometer during the deep pit excavation.The analysis of the monitoring data is important for evaluating the safety of the pit,establish the further construction strategies,achieve the informationization of construction and avoid the accident.The horizontal displacement observation on the top of slope protection pile(crown beam) and the deep of slope protection pile can directly reflect Pit Supporting Structure deformation characteristics,and is an important security situation indicator in the Pit Supporting Structure.The horizontal displacement of the retaining pile or deep pit soil was monitored by inclinometer tube(PVC pipe) embedded in the wall or inclinometer(CX-806) in the different depths of soil at Jining Taibai Road,Wanda Plaza.The monitoring accuracy is up to ± 0.01mm/500mm.The deformation of the pipe was monitored regular by use of inclinometer.And then,the monitoring deformation data at the different depth of the pile was gained by comparing among different monitoring data along with the different period.It play an active role in grasping the quality and ensuring the security of the project.
