摘    要:采用磁控溅射工艺制备Co40Fe40B20-S iO2纳米颗粒膜;研究影响颗粒膜磁各向异性的主要因素;基于实验结果及其分析讨论,提出各向异性耦合模型,解释了CoFe基纳米颗粒膜中强单轴磁各向异性的起源问题,从而为更好地调控纳米颗粒膜的微波电磁性能提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Co40Fe40B20-SiO2 nana-granular films were synthesized by RF magnetron sputtering. Main factors affecting the anisotropy of the nano-granular films were discussed. The anisotropic coupling model was presented to interpret the origin of the strong uniaxial anisotropy for CoFe based granular films. Thus, it can provide references in theory for adjusting electromagnetic characteristics of CoFe based granular films in the microwave frequency range.
