定向水力压裂技术在7806切眼的应用

摘    要:中厚煤层多采用综采放顶煤开采方式。在初采过程中,随着回采工作面的不断推进,老空区的悬顶面积不断增大,初次来压前,容易出现压架现象。潞安五阳煤矿7806工作面老顶为细粒石英砂岩,难以冒落,采用定向水力压裂技术应用在该工作面。实施压裂后工作面推进大约9 m时,观测到直接顶开始垮落;推进12 m时,部分老顶垮落;推进16 m时,老顶全部垮落。通过定向水力压裂顶板预裂试验,缩小了顶板初次垮落步距,有效防止了大面积顶板垮落带来的隐患,实现了工作面初采期间安全、高效生产。

Abstract:Most thick coal seam use fully mechanized coal caving mining way.In the mining process,with the mining work continuously push forward,the old empty area of the suspension roof square meter is continuously increasing,and before the first press,it is easily appear the pressure frame phenomenon.Lu'an Wuyang Coal Mine 7806 face is the fine quartz sandstone and difficult to take down,use directional hydraulic fracturing technology application in the working face.After the implementation of the fracturing working face advance about 9 m,we observed the direct roof start caving;when propulsion 12 m,part of the old top caving;propulsion 16 m,all the old roof caving.Through directional hydraulic fracturing roof pre-splitting test,we reduced the initial roof caving step distance,effectively prevent large area roof caving hidden trouble,and realized the preliminary extraction in the working face of safe and efficient production.
