论冶金分析中ICP-AES法非光谱干扰的排除

摘    要:结合ICP-AES法在冶金,尤其是在钢铁分析中的应用,从试样预处理中溶解酸的选择,干扰物质的分离,痕量元素的富集,参比样品和分析样品的匹配,超声雾化,分开气化进样系统的选择,以及最佳操作参数的选择等几个方面阐述了非光谱干扰的排除方法,提出了有利于钢中痕量杂质元素,痕量稀土元素分析的超声雾化,氢化物发生及色谱-ICP-AES联用技术的应用问题

Abstract:The present paper described the approach to removal of non-spectrum interference which involves choice of soluble acid for pretreatment of specimen, separation of interferential substance, enrichment of microelements, matching between referential specimen and analytical specimen, ultrasonic atomization, choice of specimen system to be gasified separatedly and determination of optimal operating parameters, and introduced application of ICP-AES to the metallurgical process and to the iron and steel analysis in particular, and in the meanwhile discussed certain technologies benefitial to analysis on the microelements of impurity and rare earth metal in steel such as ultrasonic atomization ,hydride technology and chromatogram ICP-AES technology.
