摘    要:球塞气举工艺是采用U型双管柱(-注-采),在注入气流中投入气举球作为气液相问的固体界面,以实现稳定的段塞流状态,可有效地防止液体回落,从而改善气举过程的稳定型,降低气液相间的滑脱损失,减小注气量,提高其举升效率。文中就球塞气举工艺的研究及现场应用情况进行了介绍和分析,并对今后该工艺的进一步完善和推广提出了认识和建议。

Abstract:The technology of pig lift is using the dual string of U type(one to input and another to production) to product .When producing, the gas lifting ball is thrown into the injected gas as solid interface to realize stable slug flow, it can prevent the liquid fallback, decrease the slip loss, reduce the gas injection rate and improve the lifting efficiency. This paper introduces the research and field application on the technology of pig lift, and some suggestion on completing and popularization of the technology is proposed.
