PDC钻头切削齿切削角度对破岩效果影响规律的研究

摘    要:利用有限元数值模拟方法,研究石油钻井PDC钻头破岩过程中切削齿与岩石相互作用的规律,分析PDC钻头切削齿切削角度与破岩效果的关系,以优化切削齿的切削角度。通过数值模拟分析,得到了在不同岩性中切削齿切削角度与破岩体积、破碎比功之间的关系。

Abstract:The chief content is that in view of the mutual action of rocks and the cogging in the process of the PDC bit's drilling, the cutting angle of cogging is optimized on the basis of the method of the finite element and the law between the cutting angle and the bearer of cogging and between the cutting angle and the volume of breaking rocks in different property of rocks. The result of numerical simulation reflects the effect of breaking rocks affected by the cutting angle.
