粗苯酸洗工艺与加氢工艺的比较

摘    要:分析了粗苯加工的工艺现状,从工艺流程、产品质量、三废排放、经济效益方面比较了粗苯加氢精制工艺和粗苯酸洗工艺,粗苯加氢精制工艺在产品收率、产品质量、经济效益及环境保护方面都明显优于酸洗加工工艺,随着市场经济的发展,粗苯精制必将走集中加工之路,广泛采用苯加氢技术势在必行。

Abstract:The present situation of crude benzol processing, both crude benzol hydro-refining process and crude benzol acid washing process are compared from the process , products quality, three wastes discharge and economic effect, in the aspects of products recovery yield , products quality, economic effect and environmental protection, crude benzol hydro-refining process is obviously better than crude acid washing process, together with the development of market economic, crude benzol refining must follow the way of central process, it is imperative that crude benzol hydro-refining technology will be adopted.
