摘    要:介绍了高精度慢走丝线切割机床加工大锥度上下异形孔的加工工艺,根据零件上下异形孔锥度为41°的特点,分析其加工的难点,在试加工过程中,出现断丝现象,经分析和不断修改脉冲电源参数及机床参数,成功完成此次加工。

Abstract:A processing technology for large taper profiled hole by using high precision low speed WEDM was presented. The component is featured with an upper and lower profiled hole taper of 41°. In test run process, broken-wire fault appears. After analysis and improvement on the pulse power and machine parameters, a successful processing was achieved.
