汽车球笼球面中心高检具的设计制造技术研究

摘    要:论述了汽车等速万向节球笼球面中心高检具的设计、制造,包括基准面的选择设计、制造加工。检测以及后置外观处理等主要技术方法和关键技术。阐明了球笼球面中心高检具在生产实践中的广泛应用,大大提高了检测效率,保证了球笼的加工精度及质量,同时由于其通用性也大大降低了制造成本,较好地解决了球笼球面中心高的检测问题。该检具为同类检具的设计提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:The paper introduces the design, manufacture of gauge for the central height of ear cage sphere., including some important technology such as the choice of datum, manufacture, check and surface treatment of the gauge. It illustrates that the wide application of the gauge in the production can improve the check efficiency , the accuracy and the quality of cage. Meanwhile it also can reduce the cost of gauge manufacture greatly because of its general use. The gauge has solved the problem about the central height of car cage sphere better. So it can provide some useful references for the similar gauge design.
