圆筒型永磁动圈式直线电动机气隙磁场和推力解析分析

摘    要:介绍了一种新型轴向充磁的圆筒型永磁动圈式直线电动机,该电机可以直接驱动电液比例阀,提供直线运动.以直接驱动电液比例阀的新型轴向充磁圆筒型永磁动圈式直线电机为例,分析了电机的气隙磁场和电磁推力,导出了电磁推力的计算公式,并与有限元软件分析下的结果进行比对,证实了解析公式的正确性.所给出的解析计算公式可用于该类电机的设计.

Abstract:A new moving-coil tubular linear motor with axial magnetized permanent magnets was introduced.This motor can drive electro-hydraulic proportional valve directly.Taking a moving-coil tubular linear motor with axial magnetized permanent magnets as an example,the magnetic field distribution in the air gap and the force of the motor was analyzed,the formula was derived and the correctness of the formula was verified compared with the results under FEM analysis.The conclusions are suitable to the design of this ...
