基于十二扇区细分的永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制

摘    要:针对永磁同步电机的传统直接转矩控制中的磁链和转矩脉动大的缺点,提出了十二扇区细分的磁链闭环控制方法和相应的电压开关表.分析了电压矢量对电磁转矩和定子磁链的作用,得到有限的扇区和电压矢量会造成转矩和磁链脉动大.理论和实验对比分析了六扇区划分和十二扇区划分的控制性能.实验结果表明十二扇区划分的 PMSM 直接转矩控制方法,既保证了 DTC 的快速性,又很好地降低了转矩与磁链脉动.
