基于dsPIC30f6010A的步进电动机细分控制方法

摘    要:分析了两相混合式步进电动机的细分驱动原理,采用微芯公司的dsPIC30f6010A作为主控芯片设计了控制器.在此基础上,着重介绍了细分控制策略,通过PWM方式控制各相绕组电流,使其按阶梯正弦规律上升或下降,实现了对两相混合式步进电动机的细分控制.

Abstract:The subdivision drive principle of a 2-phase stepping motor was discussed and a controller was designed in dsPIC60f6010A produced by Microchip Company.On the basis,subdivision control scheme was highlighted.With the PWM control of different winding current to ascend or descend in given rules.Subdivision control of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor was achieved.
