基于EKF的电动车用无刷直流电机无传感器运行

摘    要:针对电动车用无刷直流电动机使用普通的位置传感器所产生的缺陷,给出了一种利用扩展卡尔曼滤波器估计无刷直流电机转子位置方法,实现了电动车用无刷直流电机的无传感器运行。构建了以CY8C24533芯片为核心的样机平台,对无位置传感器运行方案进行实验研究。实验结果表明,扩展卡尔曼滤波算法可准确检测电机转子位置信号,系统运行良好,适用于电动车用无刷直流电机的控制。
