新型结构永磁偏置轴向磁轴承研究

摘    要:研究了一种新型结构的永磁偏置轴向磁轴承,分析其结构和工作原理;利用等效磁路法推导出该型磁轴承的承载力、电流刚度以及位移刚度的数学表达式;给出了包括磁极面积、控制绕组及定转子结构等主要参数的设计和计算方法,利用有限元软件对设计结果进行了三维仿真分析,理论分析和仿真结果表明:该型磁轴承结构紧凑、控制方便,适用于高速低功耗的场合.
