新型无轴承无刷直流电动机的结构设计与有限元分析

摘    要:在传统无刷直流电动机中引入磁悬浮技术,构成二自由度无轴承无刷直流电动机,从而实现无刷直流电动机的更高转速运行.设计试验样机,提出一种新型的绕组结构.根据磁悬浮力产生机理推导出一个周期内的绕组导通规律,并应用Ansoft/Maxwell软件对样机进行有限元分析.通过对仿真结果的分析,证明了所推导的绕组导通规律的正确性及新型无轴承无刷直流电动机设计的可行性,并实现了对新型无轴承无刷直流电动机的结构设计.
