| 摘 要： | 介绍了自制的壳芯制芯机及取芯机械手的使用情况以及曲轴箱壳芯砂芯的生产工艺，并对常见砂芯缺陷及解决办法作了分析。目前，我厂在气缸体的生产中，由于曲轴箱壳芯原因造成的缸体铸件废品可控制在０．２５％以内。

| Abstract: | This article described the development on shell coremaking in our factory,the self desigued shellcoremaking machine and the robot of core carryer as well as their operating conditions. In-addition,the technique ofcoremaking for crankcase core,the common core defects and the measures of controlling have also beenexplained.The casting reject ratio of cylinder block catised by crankcase core is controIled below 0. 25%at present. |
