激光-EMAT法非接触式无损检测金属内部缺陷研究

摘    要:为了实现金属材料内部缺陷的非接触式无损检测,采用激光-电磁超声方法进行了理论分析和实验验证研究,取得了钢坯试样中深度为40mm、尺寸为Φ3mm×30mm孔洞人工伤的检测数据,检测结果与实际孔洞位置之间的测量误差约为5%。结果表明,激光-电磁超声技术适用于金属材料内部缺陷的非接触式无损检测。

Abstract:Theoretical analysis and experiments about laser-EMAT(electromagnetic-acoustic transducer) technique were carried out for the purpose of noncontact and nondestructive detection of inner defects of metal parts.The test slab contains a Ф3mm×30mm artificial hole about 40mm beneath the surface.The testing error was about 5%.The result shows that the laser-EMAT technique is suitable for noncontact and nondestructive detection of inner metal defects.
