| 摘 要： | 为了提升产品在使用周期内售后服务的质量和效率,提出了一种基于知识流的MRO知识管理思路及方法。该方法首先分析了MRO知识的特点和知识情景,建立了MRO知识管理的目标和流程,在此基础上依据知识流的基本要求进行知识建模,并构建相应的知识簇点,提出了MRO知识管理系统的总体框架。然后,研究了MRO知识管理实现的关键技术,通过引入相关算法机制,实现了基于关键词的MRO相关案例检索和知识重用。最后利用某消防车的MRO知识管理系统,对该方法进行了说明和验证。

| Abstract: | A MRO knowledge management method,which based on knowledge flow,is developed to improve the quality and efficiency of product service in the process of using.Firstly,the method establishes the targets and builds the process of management on the basis of anglicizing the MRO knowledge flow characters and knowledge context.Then,the model of MRO knowledge and knowledge clusters is developed.And the method can help the visitors to search the cases and to reuse the knowledge by introducing the MRO knowledge flow ontology frame and reasoning algorithm.Finally,the design MRO knowledge management system of a kind of fire fighting truck is built to explain and test the method. |
