汽车座椅高度调整机构开发与应用

摘    要:利用UG NX软件和汽车人机工程学理论确定汽车座椅高度调整范围。运用优化设计理论,结合设计和生产实际要求开发了汽车座椅高度调整机构的设计模型,编写了开发程序。使用ANSYS 10.0工程软件进行有限元分析,分析结果满足汽车座椅高度调整机构的试验要求。将理论分析与试验的物理模型进行对比分析,不断改进优化方案,完善设计模型和开发程序,再用改进后的分析结果指导试验,从而获得较为符合实际生产要求的汽车座椅高度调整机构开发设计模型,用户比较满意。

Abstract:Using UG NX software and automobile ergonomics theory the adjusting scope of automobile seat height was determined.With the adoption of optimized design theory,combined with the design and production of actual requirements,a design model for automobile seat height adjusting mechanism was developed,and the development program was compiled as well.Then by using ANSYS 10.0 software,finite element analysis for automotive seat height adjusting mechanism test was done,which result satisfy the test requirement for the adjusting mechanism.Meanwhile by comparing the theoretical analysis with the physical model in testing,the optimization scheme was improved s and development process was perfected,which analytical result shall be applied to guide the test.Thus a design model fulfilling the actual requirement for the automobile seat height adjusting mechanism was obtained,which satisfied the customer.
