长定子中低速磁浮直线电机动力学数值分析与优化设计

摘    要:对长定子中低速磁浮列车直线电机结构进行了较全面的动力学有限元数值分析,获得了列车直线电机结构体的动力学基本品质特性,即固有频率和振动模态。在此数值分析基础上,研究分析了直线电机对振动比较敏感的频率范围并进行了优化设计。结果表明,对直线电机的有限元分析不仅在理论上起到了检验与校核的作用,为磁浮列车调试实验提供了直线电机结构的计算数据,还对直线电机性能的进一步的设计和改进提供了依据。

Abstract:The basic dynamics performances,i.e.natural frequency and vibration mode,for liner motor structure of the low-speed maglev train are got after comprehensive numerical FEM analyzing on its dynamics for structure of long stator linear synchronous motor.The sensitive vibration frequency range of linear motor in the random vibration excitation was analyzed and the structure was optimized on the basis of the previous analysis.The result showed that the finite element analysis of linear motor not only in theory was able to inspect and check,and provided calculating data for test running of maglev train,but also provided the basis for further design and improvement of linear motor performance.
