纺织机械绿色设计的关键技术研究

摘    要:绿色设计是一种先进的产品设计方法,它是国民经济可持续发展在现代产品设计中的体现。对于绿色设计关键技术的研究主要包括一下几个方面:分析了绿色设计的概念、特点以及绿色设计与传统设计的区别,建立了纺织机械绿色设计的体系结构;从绿色材料设计、绿色产品结构设计、绿色包装设计、绿色回收方案设计、可拆卸性设计及计算机辅助绿色设计等方面,分析了纺织机械实现绿色设计的关键技术;最后,基于层次分析法构建了面向纺织机械绿色性能评估的体系结构。

Abstract:Green design,an innovative design method,was known as the embodiment in modern product design national of economy sustainable development.The research of key technology of green design mainly includes the following aspects in it.For example,the concept,characteristics of the green design and differences between the traditional design and the green design was analysed.The structure of the green design system was established based on the textile machinery.From green material design,green product structure design,green packaging design,green recycle project design,disassembling design and computer aided green design etc,the main contents of green design and its key technologies of the realization of the green design were analyzed.At last,taking the textile machinery for example,the evaluation system of green design facing the textile machinery was established,based on the analytic hierarchy process.
