“绿色模块驱动”及其重要度排序方法研究

产品模块化设计过程中的各个用于实现模块化结构的准则被形象的称为"模块驱动"。在实现产品的绿色模块化设计过程中,首先应确定相应的能够实现产品绿色性能和模块化结构的"绿色模块化驱动",进而根据这些驱动获得零件关系,从而为模块化产品的设计奠定基础。这里分析、总结了产品模块化设计过程中的各种"绿色模块驱动",然后使用粗糙集理论中的粗糙数方法,结合QFDE框架来获得"绿色模块驱动"的重要度,进而确定满足客户、企业、政策需求的"绿色模块驱动"。最后通过洗碗机产品的"绿色模块化驱动"重要度的确定过程来证明方法的有效性。

Research on green modular drivers and its importance ratings sequencing method

"Modular driver" is defined as design criteria to achieve modular structure in the process of product modular design.In the process of green modular design,"Green modular driver",which can be used to achieve green characteristics and modular structure,should be confirmed first,then a part relation can be acquired as the foundation of modular design according the drivers.It analyzed and summarized the "Green modular drivers" in the process of modular design,then rough number in the rough theory was used in the QFDE method to acquire the importance ratings of "Green modular drivers",so the "Green modular drivers" which meet the requirements of customers,enterprises and policy can be confirmed.A process of determining importance ratings of a dishwasher’s "Green modular drivers" was used to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
