摘    要:开发一套逗号刮辊的质量检测系统,研制一套逗号刮辊刀口直线度检测系统,进行逗号刮辊关键加工面的质量检测,对解决当前企业的质量检测问题具有重要的实用价值。能够精确检测逗号刮辊刀口的直线度,并提供具体的加工误差数值,使企业可直观的发现误差较大的位置,以利于及时发现并解决问题。介绍了系统检测平台的设计和基于VC的数据采集及误差评定系统设计。

Abstract:A quality detection system for comma scraping roller is developed,and a straightness measuring system is researched,which can detect the quality of main machining surface of the roller,therefore it is valuable in solving the quality detecting problems available in practical enterprises’production.Since it can accurately measure the straightness of the blade of the comma scraping roller and provide specific processing error data,it is easier for the enterprise to find visually the location where larger error occurs and deal with it in time.Meanwhile the design of the test platform and data acquisition as well as error assessment system based on VC is introduced.
