簇绒地毯织机伺服横动提花系统的研究

摘    要:提出基于伺服电机和电子凸轮型运动控制器驱动控制的簇绒地毯织机横动提花系统。阐述了横动提花原理、系统硬件结构、花型设计软件等,建立了横动补偿系统的数学模型,并得出理论补偿量的计算公式。该系统实现了通过控制伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠,实现直线往复运动,从而带动针排按给定花型规律进行横动提花,是对传统机械式共轭凸轮的数字化升级,满足了复杂花型提花要求和多花型快速转换,提高了产品的质量和生产速度。

Abstract:A transverse jacquard system based on electronic cam controller and servo motor was proposed in it,in which the hardware structure of the system,the software of pattern design and the software of the controller were presented.Then a mathematic model of transverse repair system was established and the formula of theoretical compensation rate was acquired.The system realized the drive of the ball screw through the servo motor as well as linear reciprocating motion.Thus the gill bar is driven to weave jacquard transversely according to the given carpet pattern,which not only upgraded the digitization of the mechanical conjugated cam,but also satisfied the need for complex jacquard and fast change of pattern so that the quality and efficiency was improved.
